Professor Alfred Chinyere Mining Executive | Geologist| Safety & Operational Excellence Leader Alfred Chinyere is a mining executive with extensive experience in gold mining operations, mine leadership and business transformation. He currently serves as General Manager of Freda Rebecca Gold Mine, where he has led initiatives focused on operational excellence, mine life extension, safety performance and sustainable growth. He is a Professor in Business Leadership and also holds a PHD in the same. He is a certified Lead Auditor in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems. A respected industry leader and Council Member of the Association of Mine Managers of Zimbabwe (AMMZ), Alfred is passionate about fostering a strong safety culture, developing mining professionals and driving innovation to enhance the long-term competitiveness and sustainability of Zimbabwe’s mining industry.
